24 pole induction motor
New project using an old elevator induction motor
Not a perfekt bearing but it is simple. Stator is 260*87 mm inside 144 slots with some 5.67mm between the slots

Started with big pipe

After welding i did mill 24 faces

Started to glue 48 magnets 46*30*10 with a templet the r about 5.67 mm in an angel from left to right.

This is how it looks before covering with fibreglass do to the bearings i have some 5mm on each side in airspace

Coverd in fibreglass some 2mm when completed now the air space between the stator and the rotor is 2.5-3mm

Painted and bolted on the hub

Slowly putting together

It is together and showing some 1.93 vac in star per rpm more to follow. If i turn it by hand i can light up a 100watts lightbulb (dont know the volt)
